Welcome to the Queen Of Hospitality reality TV fashion show. By participating in this show, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not apply or participate in the show..
1. Eligibility
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of application to participate in the Queen Of Hospitality reality TV show.
• Contestants must be willing and able to comply with all rules, regulations, and requirements of the show throughout the competition.
2. Application Process
• Applicants must complete and submit the official application form, including accurate and truthful information about themselves, their skills, and their experiences in the fashion industry.
• Queen Of Hospitality reserves the right to disqualify applicants who provide false or misleading information on their application forms.
3. Selection Process
• Contestants will be selected based on a combination of factors, including talent, creativity, precision, resilience, versatility, clean-finish, personality, and potential for growth, as determined by the panel of judges during auditions.
• The decision of the judges is final and binding in all matters related to contestant selection and participation in the show.
4. Contestant Conduct
• Contestants must clad themselves with etiquette and decorum, conducting themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the show, both on and off camera.
• Contestants must adhere to all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the producers and crew of the show.
5. Intellectual Property
• Contestants acknowledge and agree that all materials, including but not limited to designs, creations, and performances, produced or developed during the show may be used, reproduced, and distributed by Queen Of Hospitality for promotional and commercial purposes.
• Contestants retain ownership of their original designs and creations but grant Queen Of Hospitality a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such materials in connection with the show.
6. Confidentiality
• Contestants agree to keep all information related to the show, including but not limited to production details, challenges, and outcomes, confidential until such information is officially released by Queen Of Hospitality.
• Contestants must not disclose any confidential information about the show to third parties without prior authorization from Queen Of Hospitality.
7. Release and Waiver
• Contestants release and waive any claims, rights, or liabilities against Queen Of Hospitality, its producers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates arising from or related to their participation in the show, including but not limited to injuries, damages, or losses.
• Contestants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Queen Of Hospitality, its producers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their actions or conduct during the show.
8. Amendments
• Queen Of Hospitality reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Contestants will be notified of any changes, and their continued participation in the show constitutes acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
9. Governing Law
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Nigeria.
